Charmaine lives in Ohio, but tours regularly. I have been trying to meet up with her for several months, and this visit in Pittsburgh our schedules worked out. Initial contact through Charmaine's webpage 3 days before appointment - this is her preferred contact method. Email reply in several hours included appointment time & date confirmation and request for the required safety information if new to her. After a few emails, everything was set.
