I set up our appointment by phone, which took a little time. The first couple of times I called she did not pick up, and the mailbox was full. I finally sent a text, which prompted her to call me. We set up a time, at her location. I called to confirm, as it's a long drive from home. She wanted to delay it by a half hour, which we agreed upon. When I got to the hotel, I called.
