Friendly and helpful. Two-call system for new people. Call once, she answers and makes arrangement for time. She will call back to confirm, and give general directions. Once you are close, she will expect a callback with specifics. This is my second visit, after the first, I was not certain about a return trip. After the second, I would definitely recommend her. Very nice person, and reasonably accommodating.
