Easy to contact. She answered phone and had the time I wanted open. A bit of a drive since it is a little north of Cincinnati but when I got there she was standing on the patio waving to me. A very petite little lady. Greeted me with a kiss and we walked in side her room. Her pics might be a little flattering but are pretty close to accurate. I will repeat.
