I had seen Kendall Sinclaire's post on the New York TER board and inquired as to an appointment. Evidently, Sexy Toni is Kendall's assistant and was only too happy to schedule an appointment. This was about 2-3 weeks in advance. The week of the appointment turned out to be bad weather. I was contacted by Toni, well in advance, to give me a heads up that if the weather prevented travel, Kendall might not make it. How refreshing is that? To be advised ahead of time instead of last minute!!

Turned out to be nothing to worry about, the weather cleared up, travel plans came off without a hitch, and on the scheduled day and time, I found myself at a pleasant, first rate hotel waiting for the green light. The call came right on time and I went up to the room and...
