I hate writing reviews like this but, I should have read and believed the Sep 2010 review prior to going to this appointment. It was very much a similar experience for me. And given the recent review with very high praise I felt somewhat duped. The photos are NOT of the person I saw. Had they been, I would be easier on the grading scale because my expectations were much different then the reality.
