General Details

Called the day before to check on her availability when I expected to be in the area. Had a long friendly chat, and felt like an old friend by the time we hung up. The next day I called to verify that she could see me and set up the time. Called again when I was about ten minutes away to get the location, then again when I arrived for the room number.

I was greeted with a warm hug and a smile. I left with a bigger smile.
