Had seen her add for a while, but she was too far to make it convenient. When I saw she changed locations I jumped at the chance, called mid afternoon and she answered. Sounded nice. Good rates. Just 1 rule. I asked about mornings as I have learned they are hit and miss but she went out of her way to say they are ok with her. Well it was not that easy. Cute, Young Polite Gfe type experience. A bargain. I will see her again.
