So I saw Rachel's ads on backpage as I was looking through something about her just caught my eye. You don't see many young white ts's around. So I decided to go out on a limb since she didn't have any reviews. Gave her a call to ask her about her rates, she does not talk about her services over the phone so keep it clean and professional.
