Review: TS Sara / TS Aka Diva

It must have been the extreme heat of the last week of July. The temps were close to 100 degrees, and i may have temporarily lost control of what little sense i possess. So I decided to do something really,really unusual and see a post-op provider.

Yeah, the heat was some convenient rationalization. Like I wouldn't break down and eventually do this, rationalizations notwithstanding, anyway. I'd seen Sara's ads for quite some time [she also sometimes advertises as Diva] and was really intrigued. Perhaps unhealthily so? Anyway, i waited patiently for a review to be posted, and one finally came in, and it was a winner. But, knowing myself, i suspected that I would not have quite as good an experience. I did not, but there was little to fault in Sara's performance, so this review will be idiosyncratic and not the most helpful. Unless you are like me. For your sake, i sincerely hope not.

Made a call, made an appointment, got myself to the appointed destination [by coincidence, not too far from where i was raised as a boy. I dreaded bumping into mom on my way to the appointment. It would have been difficult to explain why i wasn't there to visit her. But that's another story entirely].
