Emailed her a few weeks before was coming to town and scheduled appointment easily and got verification done. Emailed and called that morning only to find out she had a last minute problem. She was a real trooper and went out of her way to reschedule for that evening and it was VERY WELL WORTH IT. I have never had an ATF providor but she just became it!
