I had previously seen the ads for this provider and the TER Reviews so I called up Sarah around mid-day to schedule an evening appointment. When I spoke to her on the phone, she claimed to have a good deal of flexibility. We agreed to meet in the early evening. On my taxi ride over, she calls and tells me she is running about 10 minutes behind. I ended up waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes. When I was bout to leave, she calls and says she needs 5 more minutes. I should have left. This girl is a fraud and the previous reviews are not accurate with the services provided.
