What a tough review to do here. Monique is a super nice woman who enjoys being in the biz. Her approach and professionalism are seriously lacking. She had no-showed on me the week prior, but due to good reviews and a discount offered, I decided to re-try. I arrived at agreed upon time and she didn't answer phone. Went to local restaurant and waited...and waited. An hour later, she answers and guides me to her Condo. She asks me to wait in car, as the "maid" was still there...um, it's 10pm. After 15 mins of back and forth, I tell her I'm leaving and she asks me not to and says the woman is leaving. I go inside and the Condo is a WRECK...a mess. She starts yamming on and on about her pets and Grandchildren. I finally get her to the bedroom, where she performed OK.
