Spent several weeks emailing until we were able to work out a time. Her assistant was very easy to work with by email. Finally nailed down a time and when I met her at the the door (typical 2 call system) was very happy with who I met. VIP read on - Non-VIP I would repeat but she is getting ready to retire so you better hurry.
