Liked the pics on CV. Easy to contact and setup. First scheduled I could not make and was disappointed on both sides. Called again the next day to schedule again and they were nice enough to let me even though I had to unexpected cancel a previous time. Finally got to room and she was already waiting behind the door and opened immediately when I knocked.
