Set up was easy over e-mail. Darryl is very good about replying quickly. She worked with me on the date and timing in a very cooperative and flexible manner. Once set, she e-mailed the hotel the night befor and the room on the morning of the date. Non-VIP's, if you like high end and real, Darryl is worth it - the real deal.....
