They always say that all you need is one Super Bowl ring to be Hall of Fame worthy. My gut's telling me the Saints are gonna get whomped even though I'm gonna be pulling for them.
Let's face it Peyton won a lot of regular season games this decade but that means nothing. He is by far the biggest choke of the decade with his 7-8 playoff record (I think that is correct). I know alot of you are going to say but he won a super bowl and yes the Colts won a super bowl but Peytons 3 TDs to 7 picks was not the reason they won the bowl if you remember it was their defense that was playing out of this world. I do think Peyton is a great regular season QB but if I'm in the Playoffs and I'm down 5 with 2 minutes left I want Brees as a matter of fact I would take Brady over Mannning in that situation.
Will he be a HOF QB, sure. Will be break a lot of records, sure. He did that in college too but how many national championships did the Vols win under Peyton? Adn if he is mister unstopable, the superman of QB's why only one superbowl ring in 12 years with the Colts? Why when you google Picasso of Choke does his name come up and not Brees?
Only a week till the Saints Miracle in Miami and it has been way too quiet around here.

It's very hard to compare QBs in clutch situations because so many other factors come into play, mainly the quality of the offensive lines and the ability of receivers to get free and in the right position. IMHO, CETERIS PARIBUS, I'd take Brady over Manning, with Brees a distant third, but it's a close call between Brady and Manning. Those two would rank with the best of all time, along with Montana, Staubach and Unitas.
Is he doesn't have the stable of pro bowlers surrounding him that Manning does.
But then again, I am still pissed he went to Tenn and not LSU, but I guess it runs in their family.

this week and is an answer I am looking forward to finding out next Sunday. Do you rush Peyton "Screw you LSU" Manning or do you cover INDY's receivers? I do not know if the Saints have the talent to rush Manning with only 4 lineman. If you blitz Manning he will burn you.
Frankly, I was surprised the Vikings last week did not continue to run the ball with Adrian Peterson. The Saints were literally petrified of him. The Saints had a problem with another big fast back when they played the Panthers.
