Proximity, I really don't like to have to travel all over the place to meet up. Preference is the provider visits me.

For me, great reviews are critical. I don't have enough $$ to TOFTT endlessly, so I tend to go with well-reviewed ladies. I mainly hang out on TER.
A pretty face is very high on my list...though, of course, lots of ladies don't show their faces, so I can't use that as a make-or-break point.
A great body is important for the first date...though the donation also plays a part. Specials offered usually grab my attention, too.
After the first session, communication is important. If we didn't "click" beyond the raw sex in the first session, I likely won't repeat. If we did click, I probably will repeat, even if she's not a perfect "10" in the looks department. For me, the communication is more important than non-stop 60 minutes of sex.

The big one for me is probably the same as for most providers - security. I want to know that a provider is real, isnt on drugs, uses condoms, isnt LE, is independant, has a safe incall.
Second is professionalism - Answer or return calls promptly, be on time, dress appropriately, provide services as contracted, etc.
Then personality, and then looks.
My usual wasn't the most attractice but was fastidious with safety, had a great location, always was on time, showed up clean (in both meanings), and was enthusiastic.

It is very important to have as much information as possible about your date. I use TER to find out the services provided, DFK and BBBJ are essential. I also look for a lady that is small in stature but with a little meat to them. The best information comes from the girls website, it show how much thought and effort a girl will give you.
