After seeing a provider, What do you guys usually tend to do?
For example, I always go to one of my favorite restaurant(s) and grab something to eat.
Go for a long walk to let the memory sink in.
Actually, I don't have a routine. Interesting to hear that there is such a thing -- never ocurred to me.
I'm joking. I go to Taco Bell, of course.

I usually go to the gym for a run. Afterwards perhaps a wee bit of bourbon or scotch.

drag my a$$ home. Too pooped to do much else. But I am an old fart, ya know. Anybody that needs a gym after a good session is not doing things right. Sex is GREAT EXERCISE! Good for my old ticker and heavy breathing exercises.
Since I enjoy sex better on an empty stomach I'm usually famished after the athletics are over. Stuffing my face with favorite food & ale soon after the encounter makes me feel rather good about my life in general.
