Unless you're going to drop some serious change (say $800 or more on the main floor), I doubt you'll get anything more than a lick on the head and a tug here and there.
And if you're going to spend that much, you're better off spending a couple of hours with a classy independent.

Coming to las vegas this weekend. Does anybody know which strip club is the best, in terms of mileage. Does not have to have the finest looking girls but looking more for the extras in the VIP room.
This place is a rip-off. $30 to get in, $150-200 for a 30 minute VIP dance. Spent the first 15 minutes getting an up-selling presentation for $200, 300, or 400 more. I thought I was sitting thru a time-share sales pitch. Never did get a dance - after 15 minutes, a second girl comes in and says the time is up... would I line to buy another 30 minutes. Avoid this place like the plague!

IMO it is definitely Cheetah's - that's why it's always got the crowds. OG is also top shelf.
OG and Crazy Horse II are fun places to go.

This list is fairly comprehensive for the whole state, and has links to address maps. I had fun at Sapphire, the only strip club I have been to in Vegas, but I was with a lady and another couple. Big club, new, attractive dancers, clean and good lighting(not too bright or too dark), well run, good drink service, reasonably high contact laps for both me and my switch hitting companion ( : In fact we're visiting Sapphire again this weekend........ cheetahs has the best mileage, no problem with the tatas but the girls will get fired if you go below the belt so they are very careful. They will rub your johnny through your pants but it would be rare to take it out, the nastiest girls are the pudgy asians. Crazy horse II has pretty close to the same mileage but the girls are much better looking, like models total knockouts, olympic garden is also fun....all other clubs are a complete waste of time and money. A lap dance should be $20 or up to 3 to 4 for $100 in a vip room, if you are getting quotes over that its a ripoff and leave. Final tip, cab drivers get paid to drop you off at the clubs, they get paid a lot at the crappy ones, do not ask or listen to a cab driver for advice.
I did get a HJ (not TC) from a Japanese girl at Cheetahs but I was too drunk to notice myself getting ripped off, with how much I ended up paying 
So yes they'll take it out of your pants if they think they can score enough cash from you.
