Since I do business in Toronto often, I stretch my dead presidents with local currency (puny looney, referred to by many who don't live there) and tip the difference. The ladies I have seen appear to okay with that and yes I wish I had that luxury in the states to pay in a lesser currency for all of those up-chargers and bait and switch operations. I am not looking to make a home, just drop a load and go back to my hotel. For all of you guys who are allowing yourselves to pay exhorbitant rates for a cup or two, you encourage the "grifters" among the people who trade in this life. So pay in the local currency and tip her well if she does a great service, else boycott her from now on. As she gets older, she'll find fewer guys willing to shell out serious coins. Looks and money fade, loyalty and customer service are great ways to make the day. If only all hobbyists and providers, could live that way.

Recent review of a lady in London - price given in Dollars as $$$.  Is this really 200 Sterling?  250 Euros?  or did our guy spend Greenbacks?

How does that work?  It is a key part of the logistical chain...

link on her website. One would assume that fee would be quoted in nation of residence, unless it is a travel rate
