ya know...thats what I was thinking too. There is definitely no tearing or anything.  I always wonder if it's possible to accidentally tear a condom when you tear open the packet.

Another thought that came to mind is that they probably hide the condoms in the kitchen, so if an LE were to search, they would miss the condoms.

Went to an AMP (asian massage parlor) recently.  The girls there are nicely reviewed here, so I felt comfortable.  When the time came to do the deed, the girl pulled out a condom that was not in any traditional packet.  It looked as if it were rolled up and wrapped with saran wrap.  She noticed that I had a suspicious look, so she assured me that it was not used or anything of that sort.  I can't think of a reason why they would recycle rubber....I mean it takes more time and money to wash, dry, and wrap these things for reuse.  Can it be that these condoms are imported from elsewhere?  This girl is extremely careful, so I doubt she would use recycled rubber herself.  I read in one of the reviews a few weeks back where the fellow said "out of nowhere the rubber came unwrapped".  Now I know what he meant.

On a related note, can one catch STD from tainted towels or objects?  I assume the virus and bacteria can't live outside the body for more than a few minutes.

Sure they re-use them. Haven`t you ever heard how to get two uses out of your condom? You turn it inside out and shake the fuck out of it.

A Scottish private walks into the pharmacy near his bases, pulls a
beat-up, mutilated condom out of his pocket, and asks the pharmacist how
much it would cost to repair the condom.
The pharmacist replied that including replacing the band and spot
welding the holes, it would cost 26 pence, but that for 29 pence, he
could sell the private a new one.
The private said, "Aye, that is a weighty decision, I shall be back in
two hours with an answer."
Two hours later, The Scotsman returns and says:
"The regiment has voted to replace."

Tally-Ho!

be less fumbling when the moment came. Just a guess, but sometimes, in the heat of the moment, having to get a condom out of the packet can seriously impede the flow of the moment. I suppose that if she unwrapped it beforehand, she might also wrap it in a bit of cellophane so it doesn't dry out or get anything stuck to it. Not a bad idea really! lol

Could you point to where I can find specific reviews on AMP on this board? I am in chicago and like to find out. Thanks
