Many times the first name in the URL link after file or ad is the advertising agency name. There are several adult services advertising agencies in NYC. So if you see the name ny-somad(Somad enterprises) or ny-ad(ADventure group) in the line before the name it's the advertising agency.
On so many of the sites, I see a lot of hot girls, I check back with TER, and the girls only have one review, from maybe a couple years ago. How legit can those be??
Looking for a site with some of the best (not at all interested in young models with agencies, but rather really good-looking, highly skilled, high-end, certifiably legit, and TER-verified independents). Any recs?

i was on ny-eros and there are lot of smoking independent providers, but a lot of them have no reviews. is it because their clients are more discreet or not many members of ter take the risk?
Many of the "independents" on eros aren't actually independent. They're the ripoff agencies, and eros will list them as independent.
You'll be able to distinguish them by the properties of the advertisement. (I'm using IE and it's a right click on my mouse initial settings.)
A true independent advertiser that sends money in for her own advertising~not always the gold test of an honest lady~ will have a property line such as:
http://eros-ny.com/files/ladiesname1.htm
while an agency advertiser (advertisers that send in money for groups of ads) will have a property line such as:
http://eros-ny.com/files/acoupleofletters-acouplemoreletters-ladiesname1.htm
acoupleofletters is most likely the account number of the agency for eros' billing purposes.
You'd probably find these type of agencies would be typically bait and switch operations with an advertisement in each of the main fields blonde, brunette, redhead, massage, etc... I suppose Eros offers multiple advertising discounts?
It's much easier to see the "trends" when you look at an advertising area with fewer advertisements like where I'm from...San Diego. euph, eos, and RA, I think are the agency lettering account codes if I recall correctly.
The number after the ladies' name is the picture number that she's got posted. We often have submitted a number of pictures to keep current. That's a good thing! Two ladies names indicate a name change, not necessarily a bad thing, do a search on the other name!
SO, while I didn't answer your initial question, at least you might be able to distinguish who is truly an independent advertiser on eros-guide.
