There are many B & S reviews. Can't remember which board now but perfectstorm posted a link to one last week when this topic was discussed. 2hot even notes here that he has read some.
Below is a link to a B&S review. There are many others. It was explained to me in the past, that a "meeting" has to take place for a review to be accepted. This means no reviews for cancellations and no shows, but in a B&S, if you met the lady and left, then a "meeting" (but not a "session") took place, so a review is allowed.
However, apparently 2hot and you, and others have heard differently, so this is one of the TER inconsistencies. Maybe it depends which admin you talk to, and who is reviewing reviews.
In any case, proof below that they exist.
