I am confused.  I saw this long thread below with all these guys refusing BBFS.  Isn't DATY just as dangerous?  If you have a cut in your mouth and you get some of that wetness in there, wouldn't you still contract HIV and stuff like that?  I figure there is less likelihood that one might have a cut on the penis, unless your pants zipper constantly catches you.  So how can BBFS be less dangerous than DATY?

If you need data verification I suggest you visit the CDC website or do a search on your favorite search engine such as google etc.

If you are confused you need to do a lot more reading on the subject.

I read several years ago that a dental society study, published in the national dental journal, said that there are enzymes in saliva that kill the AIDS virus. I have also read in scientific articles that there has rarely or ever been a documented case of AIDS being transmitted orally, although it is theoretically possible.

You'd need to drink about a quart of HIV infected fluids in order to expose yourself if the training I received was correct.

So, unless the lady is bleeding heavily from a cut herself, or menstruating heavily... Picture a quart.... well.. you get the picture.

Salivary fluids and digestive juices have some pretty heavy duty enzymes that make your mouth a pretty uninviting environment for HIV.

Now, warts and herpes and gonorrhea and chlamydia are an entirely different story.  Gonorrhea and chlamydia can actually lie dormant in the back of your throat for a nice long period of time.

Warts and herpes can be spread when they aren't even visible.

Gifts that keep on giving.

They won't kill you, but your significant other may.

Listerine pocket strips during and the travel size liquid for immediate mouthwash after daty and bbbj are a good start at keeping yourself clean.  Brushing your teeth immediately before or after isn't such a great idea as that may abrade your gums and open up a source for infection.

The amount of misinformation out there is shocking.  I have always been skittish about DATY  with providers for herpe-like things ONLY but not HIV(!) but thinking that has the same dangers as unprotected sex reveals an astonishing lack of understanding of what is hopefully being taught in high school to my children.  I am not trying to put Kaius8 down here, but it seems to me TER ought of identify medical types out there and start to put a common medical fact page...it looks at if the wealth of facts on the CDC and other sites is not being accessed.

Maybe a board for medical people who visit this site can be set up, sort of like the Legal board.  Then non-medical people can ask specific questions and get answers from people who are capable of providing answers.

a permanent link page to the best medical sites would be helpful as well.
