I have been trying to renew my membership, but now TrustCash is gone, Vanilla Visa and AmEx gift cards don't work. So I visited three convenience stores today until I found one that had a MasterCard gift card (issued by Greendot bank). The card requires you register a real name/SS#. Even if you get around the initial check with a fake name/fake SS#, you still cannot use your temporary card for international purchases (and if you were savvy enough to get around the real name and address part of registration, the actual card will never make it to you since it's going to a fake addy). I hope another option becomes available for those of us who can review (I'm a woman) for free memberships to be able to purchase a membership anonymously. Thanks Admin!

ttempts to use any of my credit cards with Segpay and CCbill are always declined, because these pay services have very poor reputations with the credit card companies.
The "pay by money order" mail-in option has disappeared too.

I would have to agree with Swimtrekr on this one. This seems to be a much bigger problem and not a suggestion but an issue for some. And if TER wants to make money, well......
to bring back options that work for anonymous members.
So yes, if I was having an issue with their current methods, I would just email them the complaint, but the options are working as intended. The problem I have is that right now there are no options for anonymous members, so I am suggesting on their suggestion board to implement alternative options.
I get where you guys are coming from, but I've worked for companies that provided specific channels for customers to provide complaints (or in this case suggestions) and it was annoying when customers used other channels to try to get their complaint in front of someone as if the one designated for them wouldn't work. It did just fine and so does this as there have been plenty of changes that have come out of it, b/c admin is monitoring it. After all, paying attention to their members puts money in their hands, and they seem to be a smart company.

same problem with cc. bank declined charge because billing is done from Malta. they won't allow a foreign agency to bill their accounts. willing to send MO but that link has been disconnected ter is probably losing a lot of $$ over this problem but they don't seem to care !!!

There's something bigger going on here (there has to be b/c what company would give up so much money). I just hope they can find a way around it soon since I'd like to renew my membership and I know they'd like to make money. They're probably trying to figure out how to resolve this issue right now.
