Figured, but number of times a request is made usually matters.

First time I did a review I found all the data entry annoying, but I thought at least the data would be useful to other users. Then I discovered that after the first review for a provider, the only data displayed is scores and text of the review.

So why bother collecting all that data, just to throw it away? Better options:

1) Have different forms for new vs. existing provider, with the latter only the fields needed.

2) Actually display all data submitted for each review.

3) allow population of existing data when creating new review, cutting down on data entry for all the fields that rarely change (height, ads, contact info, etc.)

Any of these should be pretty simple to do, and will either cut down on useless data entry or make the data useful. Either result will improve the site.

Wasn't knocking you for suggesting! Just letting you know not to hold your breath! LOL.
That is probably the most requested change suggested on this board, but you're right. It doesn't hurt to ask again. Maybe one day...

By the way, in the past it was said that they made review writing a little difficult so you would actually have to work at it, figuring that would cut down some on fake reviews, and also they want people to work some for their VIP days.
