Hey Gov't!  You have smiled on Gay, Transgender, Mary Jane puffing, unions, etc. Just get over it, and see to it that the ladies get some of those smiles themselves, and quit chasing your tails(no pun intended) from one site to another. Think of the $$$/time you could save) Maybe the New Big Guy, who likes states rights, will finally let each state, like NV, make up their own minds on this additional legalization issue, you think?
