meant to attract attention to myself, nor was it intended to get me to the top of anyones "list". Take it at face value. It was meant to bring up a subject that some of us may have overlooked.

Has it ever occurred to any of you single guys in this community to include one of our local girls in your holiday gathering of family and/or friends. I’ve taken note of several posts by providers on other boards indicating that they will be available to take appointments on Wednesday and noted the same for the Thanksgiving holiday. The thought crossed my mind that these women may not have family close by and could possibly be alone this time of year. Not a good thing.  Surely some of us have developed a close enough relationship with some of our ATF’s to extend an invitation to one who may not have an extended family or group of friends to be with this time of year.  I’m not talking about an invitation with the expectation of getting something in return but a true gesture of friendship in keeping with the spirit of the season.  I understand that not all of the single people would be able to go through with something like I’m suggesting because of reservations about being found out by either a slip of the tongue or possible recognition by another family member or friend but there may be a few among us who could pull it off and make someone else’s holiday very special.

That is very sweet and thoughtful of you, NM!
Hey! You're not bucking to be put at the top of Mara's list now are you??! Just kidding...
Happy Holidays to you.

no you cannot use the family stuff to attract Mara's attention - she has enough relatives here and across the border. I've said it before: the only thing that gets to Mara is a good high performance guy. she just enjoys the art

I know! Truehobbyist, et all, re-read my post.
My compliments were to you for being thoughtful, and knowing you were quite genuine!
Just a little tease about topping Mara's list - having some fun, ya know??

I have in past years spent some time with providers I knew quite well over the holidays.  As my family has historically celebrated Christmas on the early Eve and a little bit in the morning of Christamas Day, it has left me the afternoon and evening open to spend time with others.

I do not think I would have enough guts to have someone at the actual family gathering or hate someone enough to subject them to the scrutiny.  It would bring up way too many questions if I showed up with someone that they had not previuosly met. I doubt any of my family members would know any providers, but the one that possibly could would not say anything.  It is just that my family is not the place to take someone without expecting them to be grilled with questions. This environment would not lead to an enjoyable time.

What I have done is either spent the late evening of the Eve, as we are done with the family activites by 7 pm or gotten together in the late afternoon or evening of Christmas.  It was just to spend time together and was never an appointment.  Just two people that would have otherwise been alone sharing some good times together.

I currently am not in a position to be that close to any other of the local talent to do those type of activities.  I have cut way back on the hobby as I attempting to get my life back in order on several fronts. My activities over the last few years have been spent more in the LA area, but have also given that up as of late.

What you are suggesting is something that can be done and can bring happiness to all involved.  There has to be some understanding from both parties not to read to much into it or to try to take advantage of the situation.

I wish to pass along best wishes to all that may read this and hope that the coming year will be enjoyable as well.
