Fight it in court!

Just visiting your Carolinas board from the New York Board and I saw this thread.

When NY State Governor Eliot Spitzer got nabbed as Client Number 9 he was compelled to resign from office. Previously, as Attorney General, he had also prosecuted prostitution cases. He was now also in a perfect position to FIGHT the stupid law in court. He had first hand knowledge of what a waste of resources it is considering the kinds of convictions that were achieved.

So I think that this local Police Chief or Sheriff should also challenge the law in court. He is his own expert witness on the waste of manpower and money allocated to get a life altering conviction for something that shouldn't even be a crime in the first place.

Saw a picture of the sheriff who was rolled up. Do not remember how many were arrested but I do not recall any ladies being arrested.

Yeah, the "lady" was the "decoy", you know like fake ducks bobbing on the pond and the hunters hiding in the next room, OOPS! Well, you get the idea of why no ladies were involved, just the guys who eyed the "decoy" and thought with their lil heads:((

No research done there. Probably just a text and go.

Yes, I totally agree. So guys please don't get upset with those of us who do screening. It's just as important for us as it is for you guys to "stay safe" all the way around.

any links on the news station or newspaper? I didn't see or hear about it..very interesting to know as Cola usually is the last spot that I worry about, my backyard.
However, GVL is always a Hot Spot!

From one of the online articles,

"Many area hotels have a "Black List" with the names of people who were busted for prostitution. If someone tries to check in using one of those names, they are immediately turned away."

Who knew. ...

Wouldn't you think a police chief would be smart enough to know when he's being set up?  He's the second local government official from that county to get caught in a sting.  The tax assessor got busted a year or 2 ago, if memory serves.

All you are finding, when you look on BP, is trouble.  You aren't saving anything by shopping there, unless you consider safety and security less valuable than $.  I will spend my time with ladies who charge requisite with what they provide, and have an online presence that can't be created in 5 minutes

Totally agree and a big Plus 1. Hell I live near by and haven't heard a thing about this. I do like to browse BP and check out the pictures. Sometime I even enjoy looking at a few of them. However I don't care to risk everything I have on a cute picture that may or may not be real. If they don't have that presence you speak of then I'll just avoid them. Not to mention I have a few regular friends that I spend my time and money with.  Much safer to go with who you know.

for amusement, but if you are considering an appointment with one of them, cross check against TER first.  Many of the BP girls that are on BP now post their TER number in the ad (if they have reviews).

I have advocated common sense to stop persecution of this profession, its ladies/gents for years! Any lady gov't  officials, or guy gov't types with the balls to help put the safety of the ladies forward, like those guys who did in Nevada? They made a buck according to just seen story on how Mustang Ranch helped that happen in that forward thinking state:)) Let 'em make a buck, I don't care, just give me the chance to meet these booful ladies in a safe, comfortable location:)
