nyc is getting better. there has been a stretch of YEARS where the girls were kind old. but they are getting younger. the few places i saw in philly were better than nyc. the gals are more enthusiastic, younger, and prettier.

facilities were better and more functional(ie they were built to do what they were meant to do) in philly. the facilities have turned up 400% over the past year in nyc. some places anyway.

there are also more amps in philly and they're all walking distance to each other.

As far as small cities go, it would be pretty hard to beat
Stamford CT. Quality is better than quantity...
