I'm looking for a new host for my website, and I don't know where to begin! The host I had was great (I think I got a little spoiled), but it's changed hands and my site has gone down many times over the past several months, so it's time for me to find a new one.
I would be most grateful for recommendations from ladies and gentlemen for a website host that is VERY reliable and is provider-friendly, so that I can write all the naughty stuff I want to and not get booted off! I've never had that problem, and I don't want to. My site is really quite tame, but I'm sure some people find the content objectionable.
I want to maintain it myself, so that needs to be an option that's available.
