) THERE WAS A TRIAL in Onslow County, NC, First Week of August, 2016, Judge Benjamin G. Alford presiding, who ruled that these games are legal, and placed an injunction against the state LE from interfering with their operation, or playing of such games. DAY UM TO HECK!!!!! I've tried everything I can think of to get a copy of this ruling, you would think it was a secret recipe for tasty chicken, or something. Surely there is a lawyer on this board, who can provide a link to where this ruling can be found!!!!!!! TKS!!!
First of all I posted this on the general boards, somehow it wound up in NY, then, overnight somebody booted it back to the NC Discussion boards, instead of the NC General Boards----just like trying to find the freaking information on the ruling----neither here, nor there, i.e. secret chick, er, not the delicious kind you "eat" with your tongue, but chicken recipe) Had both yesterday, one for the tummy, the other for the soul;P~~~ Every place I go to relax and try to outwit the computer behind the games, it is a game of SKILL, not just buy and scratch, where you have not choice, the places are full of peeps---surely somebody in NC plays at both places, i.e. game parlor and between those O so soft thighs that make it hard to breathe when the right spot is tongued over, O, who needs to breathe at a time like when that reaction occurs:P~~~~
