More like what frankie said...if they get tipped off about a provider being in a certain area then they'll stake it out and catch the guys. Maybe even get the provider to cooperate.
I am wondering if to anyone's knowledge LE ever busts incall locations when neither the SP or the Hobbyists are cooperating with LE? I have heard of tales where an SP works with LE to obtain leniency but what if neither side is cooperating? Keep in mind, that I'm not talking about the streetwalkers that hang out on the corner, but the upscale SP's that are reviewed on this site. For example, I'm wondering is it possible for LE to snatch a cell phone signal out of the air and tap into the phone call and discover the time and place of a scheduled meeting.... and bust the hobbyist as he is leaving the scene.
A provider may rent a room for the entire day for her incall.
If LE gets tipped off they may just stake out the hotel. No
high tech stuff required at all.
Someone mentioned just such a case on the NY board. It was a
while back and I haven't seen any recent post so don't worry

But LE is more likely to set up the providers in an incall situation. Less likely to try to bust both a provider and her client in this situation as they would have to catch them in the act, etc. etc.
LE likes to have an 'inside' man/woman so a sting where the provider or the client is LE is far more likely... though other scenarios are not unheard of i'm sure.

Ive heard of a situation where hotel guests complained about ,I'm guessing, the noise from the room and the parade of men. Police were notified and a stake out was performed and arrests made; This was apparently an agencies incall location. 5 girls arrested as well as the agency owner. I suppose this could be a plug to go with independents but there is always a risk of LE no matter what. To borrow the words of Vito Corleone, "this is the life we chose" and there are inherent risks involved.

You are so socially disciplined and indoctrinated that you are self regulating.
Cant imagine a case where LE would just bust the door in and haul you off unless there is political gravy to be had. In most cases there would be a backlash for privacy violations. Remember they must have reasonable cause to get a search warant or belive there is a felony in progress to enter without one.Anything else could be defeated in court and shown to be a waste of tax dollars and court time.Procecutors dont want to build a record of losses in court.
I realize this is an election year and all but the repeating themes of paranoia on these boards is getting tedious.(a couple of threads up a gentleman is afraid of a jealous, homicidal Ex or current SO of the providers busting into the session and blowing him away)
If you are concerned that LE is going to contract James Bond for a Halo-jump from 30,000 feet to smash through the 3rd story hotel window of your incall/outcall so as to arrest you and your provider for a misdemeanor vice charge you are seriously delusional.
Honestly gentlemen if you are obsessivly concerned with LE and the other "What if's" then take up another hobby.

Regarding third floor incall...You brought back memories my friend.
It seemed like just yesterday.
Why it was just 40 years ago that I recall spying from the third floor balcony on Auric Goldfinger's cheating in a card game. Nice of him to lend his provider,Jill Masterson, to me for a splendid tryst.Although she unfortunately was paid the ultimate price for the donation in GOLD by that fat bastard.
