It doesn't matter who your mother is or what has happened between the two of you, she's still your mother. She gave birth to an incredible creature.

From her womb, one significant being was born -- without prejudice from the beginning, without hostility toward the world. We learn all of those things as we age. The good mother will teach us patience, tolerance and color blindness. She will be supportive but not overzeolous in her praise of you. She will teach you realism and also to enjoy fantasy and to follow your dreams.

She is the Puma, sheltering her cubs from the darkness and foe. She is the teacher and we are the learned. She protects us from earthly preditors. She is the calm after a wretched storm. She is the colors in the autumn months. She gives us wings to soar over our own destiny. She is Mother Nature and is everything to me!
