There are already events in which men aren't allowed to compete, so why not add this one too? It could be a specialized subset of weight lifting. The organizing committee would have to vote on the equipment options, and measure them prior to events.
Wouldn't require a specialized gym or training facility, so it'd be open to all countries and economic classes. This would be the first sanctioned event to belong completely to women: a man biologically can't compete. Which means it'll never be allowed.
Imagine the sponsorship opportunities! Specialized training clothing, equipment, classes and so on.
