That THIS STATE (Ga) will remain in the same esteem and friendship IN OUR NEW UNION, BECAUSE THE CONFIDENCE OF MEN, CAN GO NO FURTHER, because Powers being exercised by the General GOVT, NOT DELEGATED to the general GOVT, under the constitution of the united states america.............. Make sure you read this..It then goes onto tell the general govt not to expect ANY of these states to submit, to undelegated powers/unlimited powers TO NO MAN, or body of MEN, ON EARTH-...
