So, you believe/know that the law may change regarding the difference between "escort" and "prostitution?" Very interesting...it would no longer be a "moral" issue, rather, a "what's the difference" issue....hope that is true, if in fact that is what you meant by your post...
thanks for the info!

The prosecuter who went after DD back in 08 was disbarred today after being found he abused his power while in office. He liked going after those who disagreed with him.

This is no big surprise to most of us.  Now we just need Apario to step down/retire too.

and no, I've not yet read the article you provided Misty...   but I wonder how many of his cases may come under fire for his inappropriate behavior...

Abuse of power???   Even though the DD case probably didn't affect his career much, I felt the posting of the client list four times was an abuse of power... Those poor gents..

Now Arapaio???    He just pises me the eff off...   His senility is showing bad bad dude for sure!

thanks for the article, I never read the news anymore, too depressing...
Groovy day to you Misty,
Jazz

Interesting article, however, Thomas and associates were not disbarred due tot he DD case according to the article. Yet, Jazz is correct, what good it prove to publish lists?!?!?

Now the question remains what is going to happen in the Temple case?

Yep, just happens to be the same guy... Nothing to do with the case, which (if you do the tiniest bit of research) would have been prosecuted and WON by anyone in the job.  Watch out for a paradigm shift if it comes.... Anyone who thinks a modern jury is going to believe "escort" isnt equal to "prostitute" is.... Well dreaming. They don't have to judge right or wrong, that isn't their job... Their job is to determine if there is really a difference.... Kind of a no BRAINER!

OK
