I don't speak any spanish either! Am I right that it would not be smart for me to visit or would it be no problem at all. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mike1010 pretty well covers it but I will add a little something to encourage you to step over the border. As Mike says, the incall girls pick you up just the other side of the border. I doubt if anything troublesome ever happens at that location. You can make an appointment during the day and be back in SD before the sun sets.
