Is anyone else as glad as I am that this "Holiday" rigamarole is OVER AND DONE?

Whew!

I don't know about ya'll, but it takes a LOT of work on my part to make "all the magic" happen-
(Not that I am begrudging it- I love it, however....) I find the next day (heck that night...) I was nodding off on my couch from sheer exhaustion!

Hallelujah it is OVER!!!

I found this online & it made me chuckle-

10 Reasons We are Glad Christmas is over-

- Actually have some "spending money" now.
- You can send the "family" who is seasonal back to the bowels of hell from whence they came!
- Traveling is over.
- Shopping resumes to normal without the "rude" people.
- No more "sharking" the parking lot because it is overwhelmed with seasonal shoppers.
- No more "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells"..... or other seasonal songs that we all know the words to by subconscious memory.
- No more "bell ringers" begging for handouts outside of EVERY damn store.
- No more obsessing over buying shit for ungrateful people that the gift never seems to be good enough for.
- No more "feast preparations" - (Food shopping, hauling bags home and cooking up delicious dishes can zap anyone’s energy – here’s to wishing someone would complain about leftovers. . . for the rest of the week!)
- No more faking gratititude for the crappy gifts your people so thoughtfully gave you.

I know, I know, take it in stride people... After all, I myself am glad....  Now, 363 days til next time.... whew!
