I am in search of a slender/petite black Provider, 18-25 years of age, from either the Triad or Triangle area of NC.  I am looking for someone who is below the radar and keeps a low profile.  By "low profile," I mean someone who does not have a website and does not post on any message boards.  I do not want to go through an "operator" or "middle person" to contact this person;I want direct contact to her cell phone.  I am willing to pay a small "finder's fee" if a meeting results.  Please bc with any suggestions.  Thanks.
