Ladies, what length do you prefer a man's pubes to be? Are you turned off if it's really short? I had a situation awhile ago where I was trimmimg the hedges and I mistakenly cut off too much on one side. Naturally I had to even it up by leveling the whole field, and it looked a little weird--not bald, just really short. Since that time, I've grown attached to the look. What are your preferences, and what turns you totally off?

I take care of myself "enough" (I figure no details is the better part of discretion here) so that it has never been an issue with the ladies.  However, I truly miss natural bush on the women.  Love that muff!

I'm glad to hear you say that about women, Mister!  I know shaved or the landing strip look is what's most popular with those into adult entertainment, but I tried it once (actually my guy and I shaved each other, which was pretty hot, and made for some great sex that night) and it just felt strange to look down and see a 9-year old in my panties! (I know you are all going to have a field day with that one)  Plus the regrowth is a nightmare.  My guy prefers a little somethin' somethin' down there to remind him that he is with a WOMAN, but I really though he was the only one left on earth who felt that way other than the hippies.  I'm not talking the Amazon rain forest, just some well groomed landscaping with a natural shape.  To quote Jenna Jameson when referring to her pube preference, "I like a little slice of pie".  ;)

It is sad how the porn industry, which thrives on extremes, has made it seem that the only pubic hair worth showing is excessively hirsuite women.  If you go back to the 70's and 80's, most women had their natural bush.  To me, the uniquneess how how a mans pubic hair looks is as much of a part of her as how the hair on her head looks... but I know I am in the minority.

I am happy seeing women who are shaved or whatever, and I know it is much more convenient and herhaps more hygenic in this industry, but my personal preference will always be natural or trimmed but still in the natural shape.

I've wondered for the longest time what happened to cause most women to switch from the natural look to the bald look.  Did some guy several years ago ask his woman to shave her pubes, tell her how hot it looked like that, then both of them told their friends, their friends told their friends, etc.?  The trend had to start somehow, just like bell bottoms, parachute pants, jeri-curls, mullets, ad nauseum.

Twenty plus years ago, all the women in Playboy had bushes.  (I didn't know about the adult female population in general, since I never saw any women nude personally then).  Now, it's almost the exact opposite.  I posted my comments on a related thread a few years back, and my attitude hasn't changed.  A bush makes a woman look like a woman.  Not seeing any hair in that area gives me the feeling that I am looking at a 9 year old.  I have seen ladies who were shaven down below, and although I wasn't turned off, it definitely wasn't a turn on.  A lot of people have commented that it's a hygiene issue or that plucking hair from your teeth is a turnoff, but those issues existed back 10+ years ago.  Why the change?  If anyone has any answers, please chime in.

Given my comments, you can probably deduce what my feelings are about the bald look on a man.

that hair increases the sensations?  You know cats have whiskers for a reason, too.

I'm generally shaved, but some time ago I let it all fully grow out again for a while.  After I shaved again I seemed to notice two things.  First, there was less sensation on the skin and secondly I began to wonder if the hair wicks away moisture.

Any thoughts anybody?

Hey I love it trimmed...some of you guys have a true afro in your pants...I'm choking, I'm choking!!! If you have to keep your hand over it that's less skin that's available for licking.... Besides, when the hair is shorter is makes your Johnson look bigger! LOL :) Octavia.

I'll admit... sometimes my pubies looks like Willie Nelson's hair on a bad hair day...then I do a poor attempt at makeover
with various tools of the male clipping, cutting, and yanking trade...

ie. a tweezer,electic trimmer,razer,crow bar,bowie knife,hedge clippers,weed wacker.Thank God my hand is steady...yah right...lol..
always winds up looking like I just got trimmed by some barflygal at Vidal's Saloon anyway...hiccup...

Just use a beard/moustach trimmer to get it sper short then a razor with copious amounts a shaving cream...

Easy to maintain.

And you don't force your lady to floss with her meals also.

I know I really appreciate a smooth shaved beaver.

I wish that men would realize that NOT ALL ladies want hair in their mouths. Yes, there are some ladies who don't care, or prefer to have the hair, and that is their preference. To SOME of us ladies, it does take away the experience of the session. I don't want to have to up and run to the bathroom and gag every time I get hair in my mouth. Unfortunately, I am the type of person, who gags very easily when I do get hair in my mouth-even when it's my own. So, I won't go below, if it is not shaved :( I know that some men expect me to go below, but why am I going to gag out for the entire session, and ruin his time, versus going below on someone smooth, where I can take my time with him, and tease him like hell with my tongue! lol ;) Some ladies are not that quesy about it, understandable, but there are some who are. It reminds me of the time, I went out to dinner and I had someone's straight blonde hair in my food, and I nearly threw up right on my plate. I know to some of the men out here, it's a chore to shave. But, in the long run, shaving/trimming, cutting down the fur, does make the enjoyment of
PLEASING YOUUUUUUUUU, THE CLIENT-MORE ENJOYABLE! Help some of us ladies who really love licking below, to help you achieve your OOoooooo's... SHAVE or TRIM :)

I gag on a single hair just as easily as you do.  I refuse to go down on a woman who doesn't shave for that very reason.

Besides free from the fur pelt you feel so much more too. And it being so much more pleasant for both parties.

I happen to agree. Hair is not bad as long as it is kept short and neat. Those wild jungles standing twisted and deep are not for me... I find that men who stay shaved or trimmed have better smelling and tasting parts... Not to mention I can't stand it when hair gets caught at the back of your tonsils. Just a thought... the covers seem to be easier to put on and remove when you aren't worried about pulling on a certain someones overgrown bush... yeckk....

My one GF who did really love deep throating did have to stop and remove hair from her mouth too often,  and it really made things unerotic when she did it.  At the time, trimming didn't occur to me... or her.  

Just another change to make.  The hobby's been causing me to do a make-over.  Other posts about this.
