I cannot directly assess this agency since I have never met any of its providers. But I know the owner of this agency fairly well, and I consider her ethical, level-headed, and honest. If she says it is so, it probably is.
The only downside, from my point of view, is, I beleive, that most of the women are based in Baltimore near the Inner Harbor, thougth some are in Silver Spring. The agency does post a schedule, assessible from her web site, showing when adn where the providers are working.
