The scene is great here in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary area. If you're asking about where to stay at in the area , there are two main areas that are ideal. First is in the RTP area, which is closely located by RDU int'l airport to the west. It's accessible by I-40 and has a variety of great places to stay and dine. There is also The crabtree valley mall area. There are numerous hotels right by the mall and is right by the I-440 belt line which provides easy access to getting around Raleigh. Plus your right by the mall with lots of great restaurants and places to shop. The hobby scene is great here to sum it up in a nutshell .
