They've been around a while. Used to go by Charlotte VIP or something like that. I recall a couple of reviews were so so, mild bait and switch but not a rip off if I recall. I have avoided because, even under newer name, they have so few reviews. Can't say I blame them, agencies in Charlotte don't have a good track record for staying out of trouble so they may not want a lot of chatter. The one review sounds legit, and the are on BP about every day, so I don't think I would be scared.
