If I find a lady with a real connection I am very willing to repeat and have had year long ATF sessions with several.  Even then an occasional change of pace is lots of fun.  I think that any repeat session has to be mutual and that there be a bit of a spark to make it work multiple times.

Mixture - there is a certain rush with someone new but at the same time familiarity leads to potentially more intimacy and trust.

I love both.  

The excitement of a new girl really gets me going. The days leading up to the date are extremely arousing. What will she be like? Will she look like her pictures? Will she do the things I like to do? Will we connect as people?  

Repeat dates, on the other hand, create very little anxiety. There won't be any surprises. On the other hand, because of the increased comfort level we might be able to try some things that she wouldn't have been willing to do on a first date. That can take things to another level.

are more fun to me and I agree, usually give a better GFE feeling.  It's nice having someone you like not only providing sex, but that before and after experience. I have tried the new date thing when I am just fucking horny and want something right then and my regular isn't available and as I am now that my former regular just moved out of the area.  I would say over the past 4 years that I have my one ATF, who lives a bit away and travels a good deal that I only get to see every  couple months or so, and then 3 local regulars that I saw until each moved away.  Now I find myself in the "kissing frogs" sequence of my hobbying.  You sure sure have to kiss a lot of frogs until you find that Princess Charming.  And its not easy in a market like Hilton Head.
