Never seen that contraption before and I'm sure the majority of fellas here will say it's exit only until they are blue in the face. Nothing wrong with their opinion, and different strokes for different folks. I can assure y'all I'm definitely as straight as an arrow and before the "hobby" I never would have even considered anything anywhere near that area. It's probably pretty small...
I've used the vibrating cock rings that come with condom boxes...the disposable ones that come free with like a pack of 10.  And I can tell you that my looking at that pic, the cock ring dimensions vs the plug dimensions, that plug is pretty small. So, maybe, actually if she brought it out during the moment and said "I want you to try this for me", I'd do it. Why not.
