Actually it was Norfolk not VA Beach. Close in proximity, but different.

Of the most sexually diseased cities in the U.S., number 10 is above named city:(( Put on your rubber boots, UH, that would be "boot", I believe:))  This was on the 5 p.m. news in the ILM area. ALA---Montgomery--was number 1:((

NC well represented---that's not a good thing:((
Rocky Mount, Greenville, Greensboro, Durham, Jacksonville, Lumberton, Winston-Salem, Kinston---from most to least in NC.
Keep in context of who is doing the spreading---not known from a quick look at this info, i.e. could be teens bare backing, IV drug users, street walkers,gay bare backing, etc., soooooo, for sure not 100% providers in our lil corner  of the world:)) Just keep using those FC2s:)), will get on my soapbox later, LOL.

One of my fellow dancers was going on & on about this free Testing facility, that gave anonymous HIV & other testing results.  
So I hopped on the computer, googled the place, got the number, and called it.
I spoke to a "nurse" that worked there, and she informed me...
"Sorry we no longer give anonymous tests, the tests, while still free, aren't anonymous due to the fact that 8 out of 10 are coming back POSITIVE, so we are trying to prevent a WORSE epidemic."

Worse? Worse than 80%?!?  
Good grief! And this was in 2006!!!!
I can only wonder if this has changed or not.
I prey that it has.
Those are some scary percentages.
Almost like Russian Roulette, eh?

It's because people think AIDs is no longer a death sentence. My guess is if they ever saw how fucking horrible it is to die from AIDs they would be more careful.  

I'm not going out in a hospital bed covered in my own shit, waiting for a nurse to come clean me up, and put me in a clean diaper. That's why I buy (and use) my own condoms.
