I can't say from personal experience with healed peircings cause my piercings never heal. I used to have my nipples pierced and it looked so gorgeous! But I had to remove them since they wouldn't heal and it just hurt when I wanted to play with others. Fortunately they're just as sensitive as ever and I can still come from them being played with :p

Overall I've heard from women even with healed piercings that they can close up easily after years of having them.

Ladies, those of you who have your nipples pierced or your labia or clitoral hood pierced, I have a question for you!  In my years in the hobby I have come across a few providers that have had either nipples or labia/clit hoods or both pierced.  I personally think they are hot looking but once I'm engaged in BCD activities I would prefer the metal be removed.  So my question is: if you have had the bars, rings, etc in for a while (e.g. not recently installed) is it easy and painless for you to remove them and then put them back in after the appointment or is it a major pain the ass to remove them?

Would appreciate hearing from ladies who have these.

Many thanks

it would take too long for me to remove mine:

if everyone's suckin on a pierced nipple, is the nipple ring clean?

don't taste any jizz, it removes at least some of the risk of disease.

Having had a nipple piercing for 20 years, I can say that if the person is generally clean, the piercing probably is as well. If they're taking care to keep everything else "sanitized for your protection," that would generally include hardware.

Now if you're in the middle of an orgy, that might be another consideration.

Nipple & genital piercings are too difficult (not to mention uncomfortable) to remove for a date, and even harder to replace as many will begin to heal shut within an hour or 2, even when pierced for years.

As far as cleanliness is concerned, it seems self-evident that the jewelry and the piercings themselves would be just as clean as the provider's skin is. If they bathed before seeing you, their jewelry will in fact be cleaner than their skin, since skin retains skin flora after washing but metal doesn't. If you're not indulging in bareback or other uncovered genital-to-genital contact, you're in no danger of anything that isn't also contactable by oral contact with someone without piercings.

If it really bothers you, don't see women with nipple/genital piercings!

...pierced. We do a 30 minute VIP about once a week. She has very easily removed it for our play (daty, fingering) and replaced it again very easily. She has left it in a time or two. This of course doesn't mean it's easy for everyone but she isn't the only woman I've been with that has removed a piercing for our play time. There hasn't ever been any difficulty in doing so.

It is true that everybody (and every body) is different, so I can only speak to my own past and current piercings and what I've heard/seen from piercer (both pro and play) and pierced friends. I suppose at a larger (non standard) gauge (piercing is measured by the "gauge" or diameter of the piercing), the piercing is less likely to heal closed quickly...

I mean, if you want to get real gruesome (I always do), the ease of returning the jewelry depends upon the placement of the piercing location and density of tissue.  Imagine a genital piercing that requires multiple mirrors to locate visually, and then trying to get a relatively small ring or bar through both entry and exit holes, especially if you've got "tough skin" (dense tissue). Imagine trying to get a thread through your eye socket and out your mouth. I sometimes have trouble finding both exit/entry holes in the piercings in my earlobes! So, yeah, I guess same goes for larger gauge piercings being easier to remove/replace.

Yeah, I'm an enthusiast, so?

Though sometimes I wonder if ignorance is bliss.

Is "ignorance" another genital piercing?

Hmmm seems as if this is quite an individual thing.  I was hoping it was going to be easy and straightforward but sounds like I will have to ask each individual provider for her particular situation!

It's easy and painless for me to remove or adjust the bars from the nipples and clit. Can't speak for anyone else. Taking out the clit ring is annoying though because my nails are long, I personally only put it in by request at this point. Things feel better without it but guys like the visual of it in there.
