I had an absolutely fabulous experience with a provider I was seeing for the first time. I wanted to do a really accurate great review. (I have been having a lucky streak recently and this was among the best ever.) Submitted a review and really had missed some changes in the rules. The support staff has been great going back and forth with me as I made changes until I finally realize what I was doing that was interfering. I have made the changes and hope all is well now.
I want to thank support for their patience. I would have felt terrible not to do a really accurate review for this lady.
To help others that will be coming up against the new rules on scoring, could you offer some tips as to what kinds of things run afoul of the new rules, etc.?

Yes a friend of mine as well was having difficulty writing me a review as well.. So i just been posting in forum/discussion boards.. Etc. Im a known provider so getting any info on a knownprovider should be simple.. Right?

I think the why is very obvious. They are not generated from the same underlying set of information/rules. They are probably static pages written separately and so make the maintenance on the content much more trouble that it should be.
I'm sure you're correct. I was taking a shot at TER. They are aware, they have even acknowledged it. It makes No sense to have two conflicting sets of rules and expect members to follow the correct set. It wouldn't take any time at all to fix that one thing.

actually, I have been writing reviews for more than a decade and never ran into the kind of trouble I was having. Wasn't aware of the new rules so kept getting stuck. I have also never asked for support and was pleased and surprised at the help I got. . That's why I wrote the comment.
The POINT THEY MADE WAS THAT UNLESS CERTAIN SERVICES ARE ACTUALLY ENGAGED IN AND MENTIONED SPECIFICALLY IN THE REVIEW, IT DOES NOT COUNT TOWARD THE LADY'S SCORE. I JUST HAD TO MENTION A NUMBER OF SERVICES I ACTUALLY RECEIVED TO MOVE HER RATING FROM 7 TO 9. (HOW COULD I HAVE GIVEN HER A 7 WITH THE REVIEW I WROTE WHICH WAS TOTALLY ACCURATE.)
WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?

For one thing you should know that typing posts in all caps is not allowed on TER.
Secondy, all the stuff you posted in the yelling part has been talked about on the boards several times since Jan 4, when the new rules went into effect. You spend a lot of time here. How did you miss all those threads?
Thirdly, it really isn't that complicated and you are a smart man. It should not have taken repeated back and forth conversations with admin to get your review approved.
Sorry, I still see it as a shill post, as all it did was make everyone click on your reviews and see who you reviewed last. At least the threAD that started in the middle of this thread got removed.
